Litiva lets you create and manage personal habits, reminders, journal entries, categories, focus records, and insight data.

Litiva does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or medication advice. Medicine reminders only store reminder content entered by the user.

2

App data

Data is created by the user and stored locally by default.

  • Habit data: names, notes, categories, icons, colors, repeat days, reminder time, pause state, and completion records.
  • Journal data: title, body text, mood, tags, and creation time.
  • Focus and insight data: short focus records, today progress, consistency calendar, yearly tree, and statistics.
  • Preferences: language, appearance, bottom tab labels, visible pages, notification state, Siri Shortcuts entry points, and onboarding state.
3

Local storage and iCloud

Litiva has no account system and does not upload your routine data to Dkluge servers.

Litiva stores data on your device by default. If system iCloud is enabled, data may sync through Apple private iCloud/CloudKit storage across devices signed in with your Apple ID.

Dkluge Studio cannot read your private iCloud data and does not create a separate cloud account or advertising profile for Litiva.

4

Notifications, Siri, and system permissions

Permissions are used only for features the user chooses to enable.

  • Notification permission is used to deliver local reminders and early alerts created by the user.
  • Siri Shortcuts are used to complete check-ins, open screens, or trigger in-app actions through Apple system shortcuts.
  • iCloud permission is managed by iOS and used to sync data across the user’s own devices.
  • Litiva does not request location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera permission.
5

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Litiva is free and does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

Litiva does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not sell personal data, and does not perform cross-app or cross-site tracking.

If crash diagnostics or anonymous analytics are added in the future, we will disclose them in the app and this policy and follow Apple privacy requirements.

6

Data deletion

You can delete habits, journal entries, or all app data inside Litiva.

You can delete individual habits, journal entries, categories, and local records inside Litiva. You can also clear all data through the in-app confirmation flow.

If data syncs through iCloud, deletion may sync to your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. You can also manage app data from iOS iCloud settings.
